The Evoluon’s strategy is based on the following six pillars:

Our innovative strength forms an essential part of our development. Within the Eindhoven region we set the trend when it comes to creative ways to enhance the impact and value of conferences and events. We do this by actively following the market and pursuing forms of cooperation with companies that produce innovative products.

We pride ourselves on being a people-oriented organisation. We take a human approach and this enables us to create a passionate and talented organisation. This is achieved by actively promoting the development of our team members within an organisation in which engagement and responsibility go hand in hand.
